Let me start off by saying, until you’ve actually experienced California (LA Culture) you really have no idea what it’s all about.  4 of us (Jmak, Meg, Dais and myself) had the pleasure of going down to Cali for 7 days to hang out with our good friend Kyle (KwILLEST).  I took almost 1400 photos on the trip so what I’m going to do is break down our California Adventure by day.  Day One – Redondo Beach.  Our flight from Saskatoon went well, we arrived at LAX just before 11am.  And this is where it started.  Since I took a boatload of Photos I took my favorite 25 of each day and will post only those.  Each day I post, I’ll also post a song to play while you’re scrolling through the trip through the eye of my Canon.  So here we go, Day 1.. Redondo Beach.

Apparently these are “Spanish Mackerel”.  Later on the trip Jmaks wiener was nicknamed the Spanish Mackerel.  I still don’t remember why….

This was ironic in a way of how I was feeling at that exact moment I snapped this.

Again, the Pier.  The real estate in California is beyond amazing.

I was so pumped to find Four Lokos (been dying to try them for a long time).  Bought one and it was one of the most disgusting alcoholic drinks I have ever consumed.  Never again.

One of the great things about California, its happy hour all day every day.

2 Carne Asada tacos, rice and beans all for $7.  And a pint for $3.00.  Can’t beat it.

Kyle was glowing all week.  I think he missed his friends..  Cali is gorgeous at night.

Did I mention how gorgeous California is ?

Check out this giant ass mural on the side of a building near our hotel.  It was HUGE.
